i have secured 16826 rank in comedk and i belong to OBC section. will there be any fees concession? if so then which top colleges i can get in CS.please reply early.

First of all congratulations for getting good rank in COMEDK 2020. As per your question that is there is any concession in fee so the students that get admission through COMEDK have to pay tuition fees nearly 1,20,000 to 2,00,000 so if you want to take concession in fees then you should have to apply the scholarship forms for that.
As per your second question you have good chances in below some good colleges in CSE branch.
1) Dayanand sagar academy of technology, Bangalore.
2) Kalptaru institute of technology, Tumkur.
3) Acharya institute of technology, Bangalore.
4) SJB institute of technology, Bangalore.
