You have scored decently in JEE MAINS so well done first of all. Now coming to your question, at 19261 rank the chances of getting CSE in a good NIT is very low.

However you can get CSE in IIITs like

IIIT Trichy and IIIT Haryana so you can look for them

With this rank it is quite difficult to get nit or iiit in cse/it department .

I would suggest you to once have a look on Indian Institute of Engineering ,science and Technology , Shibpur. You will get IT dept. There. Even I am studying in the same and by far my experience has been great. You will enjoy.
