Hey Vivek!

If your Home state is Orissa then you have chances of getting a seat in NIT Rourkela CSE branch as previous years cut off is around 2.6k fro home state but for other states closing rank is 306.

In VNIT Nagpur it is difficult to get a seat in CSE.
