hey Maitri,it is obvious that with this score you won't get any goverment medical college for sure but you wilo definitely get a private medical college. When we talk about cutoffs , it varies with different course ,states and categories . so, if you apply for the private colleges in your state you may have chances for good colleges in your state.Also, you can get admission in private medical college through management quota or donation.

You have mentioned your category but you haven't mentioned your state. So i am considering only All India Quota. You do belong to the SC category but with such low marks it's too difficult to get a seat in any government college. I think you will not get a seat in government colleges. So you should try for private colleges. Hopefully you can get a seat in a private college. But getting MBBS is difficult. You can get BDS. But you can try for MBBS also.
