Hi,
You have scored good in neet 2019,but it is not enough for having a bvsc . Generally the opening marks for bvsc used to be 450+ for general, 400+ for obc and 350+ for sc st.
But you should try in the counselling it is possible that you will get a management quota seat.
Otherwise there are many other bright professions for a medical student you can go for them.

You have not mentioned your category, so I am providing you with cutoffs of different categories in 2018 AIPVT counselling. You can get an idea of your probability of getting a seat. Also, cutoffs are expected to be quite high this year, keep that also in mind. The cutoffs for AIPVT 2018 are as follows-
UR - 471 marks( AIR 33828)
OBC - 471 marks (AIR 33997)
SC - 366 marks (AIR 105835)
ST - 363 marks (AIR 109548)
According to this you have chances only if you belong to SC/ST category only.
