I have secured 34212 rank in veterinary science and 55268 rank in agri bsc in kcet n I'm ST candidate n have exdefense quota n urban category. can i get seat in either of this?

Your rank is decent enough to get seats. as you said you have reservation category then it will surely help by lowering the rank cutoff. ST reservation category will be used in All India Counselling. for state counselling, sub reservation categories like ex-defense, urban category is implemented.
