I have secured 348 marks in UPSEE under general category and my rank is 4248, I get any good government college

Hi.

Surely you can get a good government seat. But you can't confirm that you will get it in a good branch. I recommend you to go for the branch for your choice as your first preference. Even if it is an average college, choosing a branch that you like is beneficial for the long term.
