As you have secured 36,771 rank in jee mains in obc ncl category, then your chances of getting any nit or iiits is negligible.
With this much rank you can get some nits if you belong to their home state. For eg : you can get nit sikkim cse branch if you belong to sikkim state, you can get nit durgapur civil engineering branch if you l are from west bengal, etc.
But of you are other state student then with this much obc rank you cannot get any nits or your chances are very negligible.
Better try at HBTI knapur as you can get hbti Kanpur on basis of this much obc category rank. Or you can try at bit sindri.

you should have mentioned you category rank that is your OBC rank . Admission in NITs or in any other institute depends upon the candidate's respective category rank.
But by observing your All India rank It is clear that your chances are very high for a couple of NITs. It will be easier for us if you provide your OBC category rank.
And if your above mentioned rank is your OBC category rank then your chances are all most over. There may be chance for you in few NITs using state quota.
