With 415 marks is a little low for obc category to fetch a seat in government medical college consider high cut off marks but it depends upon your state of domicile, You have not mentioned your state of domicile so lemme know your state of domicile so that I can help you.

You may have a reservation but the cutoff for obc is also around 450 plus . But you have a decent chance to get MBBS from obc category. But it depends on your rank and counseling process.
