Based upon your score and the previous year cutoff trends ,you surely have a chance to get A seat but not in government medical colleges of Telangana . You only have chances for a seat in private medical colleges like Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences ,SVS college Mahabubnagar etc . But don't worry you surely have chances to get an MBBS seat in telangana.

With a score of 496 in BC category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 414 was required to fetch one a seat in the Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical sciences, Adiladabad in BC category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
