Hello there!
I would like to inform you that, there are two ways in which counsellings are conducted for admissions into MBBS and BDS courses, through NEET score. They are namely, All India Quota Counselling and State Quota Counselling. 15% of the seats are allotted through All India Quota Counselling and the rest 85% through State Quota Counselling.
When you apply for this 85% State Quota Counselling, a rank list of all the applicants is published on the official website. This rank list is based on your ranking amongst all other applicants of your state. So, the answer for your query is- yes, a separate state rank is allotted by the states.
