Hello dear student , I would suggest you to fill for the counseling as you have got good marks and if you will not get MBBS then you will get BDS in any government medical college. If I consider previous years records, then the chances are mild to get admission in any of the government medical colleges. Your marks are quite low to procure seat in any government colleges, but you can try for private medical colleges.

As you have scored 516 marks in Neet examination 2019 and you haven't mentioned your category of eligibility . As cutoff varies from category to category , it is difficult to tell exactly whether you will get a seat or not, if you belong to general category it is a difficult to get,for other categories there are some possibilities.
