I have secured 52 Mark's in TS PGECET 2020 civil engineering branch soo what will be my rank??? and can I get seat in OU or JNTUH or any other top Colleges in Hyd? pls answer

With only 52 marks in TS PGECET, there is absolutely no chance of getting admission in any good government Institutes of the state for pursuing mtech in civil engineering. These institutions provide admission to those students who have a very good rank or atleast a good quota rank. Only then you can have any hope of being part of a good Institute of the state.
