i have secured 530 gate score in ECE Branch GATE 2019,is there any chance to get into any IITs?

The GATE exam was held by IIT Madras this year. The exam was held on February 2,3,9 and 10 2019. The results and qualifying cut-off were announced on March 15 2019.
