You haven't mentioned your category but in case you belong to General Category with AIR 53571 securing a GMC is not possible though you may have chances if you belong to SC or ST Category, cutoffs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.
