Hi Ashish,

Last year, the last AIQ rank that was alloted a government medical college in general category was around 10000-10500.

This year has seen a great drift and rise in cut off because paper was easy.

Since your rank is nearly around 14000, I will suggest you too rely more on state counselling for 85% state quota seats.

In state the number of seats are only for respective state students because of which you have a chance of getting a college there in state quota counselling.

But still participate in both central and state counselling to have a upper hand.
