NEET 2019 was a moderately difficult paper with balanced sectionals. The cutoffs for MBBS government colleges are bound to go north of 550+. For BDS even they might range from 495 to 520+.
Your marks are way below that and its unlikely that you might get a seat anywhere. You can seek for some private colleges though, if they be under your budget as most of them need 60-80 lakhs investment.
Some of my acquaintances are also doing their MBBS from outside India which costs lower than what is in India.
So it is totally your call. You can take admission in a private college of your budget or you can take admission in a regular science college and simultaneously prepare for NEET 2020 and take admission in a government college next year.
All the best. Hope it helps.

You have scored a mark of 220 in NEET UG 2019. According to previous year cutoffs of different Government medical colleges you have no probability of getting admission into the MBB or BDS colleges under 15% All India quota. However you have not mentioned your Homestate and category details so this is not possible to predict the colleges. Kindly give all the information so that we can help you.
Thank you.
