It is very difficult to predict the college but according to you,  you got 80.7% in class 12 and you have an OBC category quota. But there is a minimum chance to get admission to Delhi University for B.Com (Hons.) According to the previous year, the  cutoff of B.Com (Hons) for OBC category  in different colleges of Delhi University such as

College of Vocational Studies 88-92.25,

SRCC ( Shri Ram College of Commerce ) 98,

Zakir Husain Delhi College  93 & above ,

Ramjas College 98,

Daulat Ram College 94,

Kirori Mal College 98.75% & above, etc.
