I have secured 94.69 percentile and comes under obc category,is their any chances of getting into NIT Puducherry in other state quota??
Your rank can be predicted by using the formula, (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. In your case, your approximate rank would be 46144. Let's say the number of candidates for April exam increased to 12,00,000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 12,00,000/100.
The cut offs for previous years for various branches at NIT Puducherry for Other State Candidates has been as follows:

CSE: 4627
ECE: 6263
me: 8352
EEE: 8127
So with your rank even with OBC reservation, NIT Puducherry might be tad less. You might have to appear for April session.
