i have secured a rank of 17,034 in comedk 2019.can i get ece in dsce ???

According to general merit cutoffs of COMEDK, with a rank of 17034, it feels pretty difficult for you to get ECE at Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering. If you belong the general category then i is not possible for you to secure a seat in ECE, but you can secure a seat in telecommunications engineering, automobile engineeering and medical electronics.
But if you belong to the Hyderabad-Karnataka category it is possible for you to secure a seat in ECE in dsce.
