Hello,

After the second extended round seat allotment the there will be no choice to exercise by the candidate. The candidates who have allotted seat in any institute/discipline are required to pay the specified fees (if not paid earlier) and should mandatorily report to the colleges on or before the last date mentioned in the allotment order and must update the requisite details through the candidate portal in KEA Website or the allotted seat gets cancelled. If a candidate fails to report to the allotted institute after allotment of seats in the Second Extended Round legal action will be initiated against the candidate in accordance with law. So, based on the information given in the information brochure you cannot reject the seat allotted in second extended round whatsoever the choice you have selected in Second round of the counselling.
