I have selected fitter in RRB all.but I have b.tech in mechanical engineering and no iti.am I eligible for it

Yes Definitely , B.Tech Degree Holder is eligible for RRB ALP Exam. But there are also more opportunities for a BTech graduate in railways. You can give the RRB JE. It's the exam conducted by the railway for the junior engineer post and also have good scope.
