i have selected pcm subject and i am in 12 science my chemistry is too weak but my physics and mathematics subject is powerful so which line do i have to choose after 12 stendard

You cannot completely skip the subject but you can choose the course having less priority for chemistry. IF you choose to do btech after inter choose computer science , Information Technology , Textile Engineering ,Industrial Engineering , Biotechnology as they have chemistry in less compared to Mechanical , Electronics and Electrical, Chemical Engineering
