I have self reported in first phase of ap eamcet counselling do my seat will cancel if I got seat in second phase in another college

If you got a college in 1st counselling then good. But if you want to upgradation then going for 2nd round counselling. If you get a seat in another college in 2nd round counselling then your previous seat will be cancel. But if you don't get any college in 2nd round counselling then your previous seat will reserve for you. I think it's clear to you now. So don't worry you can go for upgradation.
