I have some eye sight problem is it any problem in future .if choose CSE/it branch because all said these 2 branches have more opportunities or it is better to take ECE ?? pls reply it is very important

No, you wont have any major issue in CSE/ECE/IT as far as you have any minor eye sight issue as well or perhaps a certain power, and your vision is rectified with Spectacles or Contact Lens.
As far as prospects are concerned, CSE, ECE as well as IT, all three of them have great career scope, and you may end up with a high package, provided you master respective skills and technologies in use currently.
