I have some problem in my nose bone .Doctor said for operation so is this will include in PWD mean person with disability

if it is happening during your exams and you don't recover o the point you can not give your exam (in writing by the doctor)
then you can apply for it.
but in general it is for people who have been suffering from some disability (mental or physical) by birth or from a long time
