I have specks of no. -5, so can I be able to clear imucet and get admission in samudra or tolani (in b.tech degree) ?

Hello Saeem,
Yes you can apply and appear for IMU CET. But before getting admission in any college affiliated to IMU you need to clear Medical from a D.G. Shipping approved doctor.
And for getting admission in Deck Department your eyesight should be 6/6 without glasses without that you can't get into any Deck courses.
For Engineering Department the criteria for the eyesight is 6/18 or +or - 2.5 without glasses is bearable anything beyond that is not considered in Merchant Navy.

The power of your spectacles doesnt matter for any of the degree . You can seek admission where ever you want without any restriction. So go for which ever you like. All the best! And keep it up!
