I have spelling mistake in my name in caste certificate and domicile certificate can it makes problem in document verification for mbbs.

Yes that's pretty obvious that if you have a spelling mistake in your domicile and caste certificate then it will be a problem. You will represent a different identity if your name is different on those certificates. You should get them re made as soon as possible. All the very best for your future!
