i have state rank 2084 and obc rank 421 can i expect IT or CS in VJTI

But still sorry to say that you should get below 1200 rank to get .
Vjti cutoffs are very high for cs or it.
For general category it was 300 based on previous year statistics .
So don't worry about it.
Try for other branches in vjti you can definitely get it without any doubt
