The minimum eligibility criteria to get in MSc Astronomy is that the candidate must have a
secured a bachelor's degree in physics, Mathematics, astrophysics or astronomy with atleast 55% marks or above, the admission procedure differs from college to college, some Colleges offers direct admission, while some take admission in the basis of entrance exams or some take on the basis of merit.

Yeah! you can go for MSc Astronomy course. In India there are very few institute offering an MSc course in Astronomy.
