I have studied cbse till 10th and I don't know what shld I opt in +1 cbse or state sylabus... So to get entrance which sylabus wuld be btr ?

It's totally depends on your interest, in which you want to go.You can choose it by the your interest and also in which field you can do better. Do not go forcefully in any field in which you can't do better performance abd in which you are not interested at all. There are many field like science, commerce and arts from which you can choose one and make your career in that.

A student from any board can score good marks in the NEET exam, if he will prepare well for that.
