Hello candidate

To get a domicile certificate, the applicant's parents have to be a permanent resident of the State, or the applicant has to reside in the State for 3 or more years. The applicant should be in government service and should be able to transfer his/her job when needed. To get the availability of domicile certificate, one also need to complete his/her schooling from the state in which he/she wants the domicile form for.
