I have studied in Kurnool district from 1st class to 12thclass(10+2),in case of eamcet i belongs to SVU region,Whether I need to submit Residence certificate for TS Eamcet 2020 or not?

As you have studied in kurnool and belong to Sri Venkateswara university region which comes under Andhra Pradesh, you have to submit residence certificate if you're trying for ts eamcet along with all educational certificates, Ts hall ticket and fee receipt and category certificate if applicable.
