The domicile concept in Neet is that you should have given the exam of the class 12 in the state for which  you are applying as the State Quota .

It mainly does not depend on the state you are born in .I give you an example as the best medical collages are there in New Delhi so many students apply for Delhi quota  as their domicile by giving class 12 in the state Delhi.
