Yes sure as you have studied from cbse board don't worry, if you clear the neet entrance exam you can apply for councilling and I want to inform you that neet has just one central level council consisting all state level medical colleges also so as per your marks colleges are alloted
As you have studied in Tamil Nadu upto 12th standard starting from 8th standard in a school affiliated to CBSE, hence you are eligible for state councelling if you clear the NEET examination because you have completed your 10th Board Examination as well as your 12th board examination from the state(Tamil Nadu) itself.
