I have studied in tamilnadu till my 10th class but i have studied my 11th and 12th in telangana.Am i applicable for 85%cota in tamilnadu?

You are only eligible for 85% state quota for any college if you have the domicile certificate of that state or if you have completed your schooling from that state. As far as your condition is concerned you will get 85% state quota if you have the domicile certificate or else you won't be able to avail the quota.
