Hey dear, Cutoff of 190 is good.

But,what you mean by you have studied only two years.

Sir I means I have studied 8,9,10in Odisha. And I have studied only two years (11and12)in Tamil Nadu .sir can I get admission Bcz I have not studied full five years in Tamil Nadu

Yes you can apply,
If you are born in odisa, you can apply through other state quota
If you are born in tamilnadu, you should produce nativity certificate.
