i have submitted for renewal of registration at state medical council..i havent received my registration back yet.....can i upload my previous permanent registration certificate?

The medical registration certificate is valid for a period of five years since the date it has been issued. This means it has to be renewed every five years. As you said, you have already applied for renewal, your previous certificate must have expired/ is about to expire. Unfortunately you can not use the old documents,
