Well, ma'am I'm not aware about which application form you are asking, but generally acknowledgement is given for the application forms of job we've applied.

Acknowledgement It means that they've sighted your application – confirming it's been received, it's in the queue of applications they're going to look through, and that's it.

So, basically if there is any such thing in your case then, I will suggest yo wait, because you'll receive your acknowledgement only when they recieve and have already viewed it.

or in any other cases, acknowledgement for other types of applications is also provided when it is recieved by the reciever.
