I have submitted the income certificate in second phase.in my first phase I have paid tuition fee.will the amount be refunded in my account

It depends on college, if your college allow for fee waiver
then you have to submit the income certificate at the time of admission.
Then that time or after your money will be refund to you. There are differnet rule for colleges .
