Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi will open the facility for application form correction of GATE exam 2020 in the last week of September 2019. Candidates can make the changes in the submitted application form by log in to their GOAPS account. They need to pay an additional fee to make corrections in the GATE 2020 application form.

As you mention here... that you upload wrong document in your GATE application form.... so there are date for correction in application form that is the last week of September 2019 so you can make correction in your application form for more information about this go through this link:
