Hello,
Firstly, you must be in a condition to appear for NDA exam.And if you can appear there won't be any problem.Once if you qualify you need to medically fit.It depends on what kind of surgery you went through.You must recover and bounce back to normal but if you cannot recover from that and has consequences you may not be eligible to join.
