Hello Aspirant,
If you had Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your 1st year then code 05 would be applicable on you otherwise your highest qualification will be considered as 10+2/Intermediate therefore Code 02 is applicable on you.
You can check out complete details about NEET qualifying codes from the link given below :-

One more thing, take your TC from that college as soon as possible because you will have to submit the TC when you will get any other college through NEET UG 2021.
You can also solve the Test series for NEET 2021 for better finishing of your preparation, you can get the Test series from the link given below :-
I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
As you didn't complete your graduation which means that you are just like a normal dropper then you have to use code 2 i.e., your highest qualification till now is considered to be 10+2.
The code 2 is for those students:
- Completed 12 years of school education from CBSE/ICSE or any other boards with the last 2 years having the subjects English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, or Mathematics or any other elective as a major subject .
- Students who have passed from NIOS/other open schooling board with Biology/Biotechnology as one of the subject in 10+2.
- For the droppers.
Now if you have Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology in your 1st year of BSc and if you have passed your examination of 1st year including practical examination then you have to use the code 5 else go for code 2.
