I have taken admission in nitte Meenakshi institute of technology in management quota EEE branch I m in first year now and Can I change my branch to ISe or ece in my 2 nd year..if yes then what is the criteria of changing the branch plss tell???

changing of branch depends on university so if you want to change the branch you need to talk with management of your college and principal of your college and make a request to the affiliated university with a letter attached explaining the exact reason for changing university.
