I don't think that is possible without giving the entrance exam because direct admission in second year is allowed for Diploma students college change is allowed in some University bt University change is not there

Hello Dear

Inorder to shift the college after your fist year of degree inorder to do that you should keep the following points in your mind ;

  • You should have atleast of 8 CGPA in your both the semester of first year.
  • Not having any backlog in single subject.
  • Reason for shifting the college.
  • Availability of seats in the college in which you are going to seat.
  • Proper reason should be there for shifting the college.
  • Proper documentation should be there while shifting .
  • Lastly , you should be confirmed with that college regarding the admit in which you are going to shift.

All the best
