Yes, you might get your documents back but you may have to pay the entire course fee or the fee for first/second year. Each college has it's own rules and regulation. If a candidate wants to withdraw his/her admission in the middle of the course, a penalty might be charged. So, we would suggest you to enquire in the respective college before considering any such decisions like discontinuing the course if you get a decent college through JEE Main. The respective college management shall help you in this regard and also let you know the procedure and the penalty that might be applicable.
