I have taken Admission to DU SOL in the year 2017. But due to some reasons, I couldn't be present in exams. Now I want to change my subjects. Can I do it online or I have to go to the SOL's Office for that? Plz, guide me?

Yes it is necessary to visit DU Sol office along with your fee receipt, and other documents like your photo etc.
You can't do this online its mandatory to go to office and they will charge you some amount.
I suggest that you once contact their helpline as it might not be possible for you to visit due to this corona
