Yes, you are eligible for it but it may not be a good option. You have to pay attention on your college studies as well and being on both the sides can get difficult. Also, if you plan on switching colleges, you also have to think about the bond you've signed with the college as leaving the course in between may give college the right to fine you. If you want to better your score, it's fine but that is not really of much importance as NEET is for taking admission in medical colleges and you already have it. If you plan on shifting colleges, you may go ahead keeping all thsi in mind.

NEET Eligibility Criteria will be prescribed by the Medical Council of India (MCI). Candidates who have completed their schooling through open and distance mode are now allowed to appear for NEET. Moreover, candidates who have not studied Biology as a regular subject in 10+2 will also be eligible to apply for the medical exam.
