i have taken black and white printout of neet admitcard because colour printout is not avalaible near me as shops are closed idk why.Is it ok??

If you look at the instructions available at: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-admit-card it no were mentions that the admit card should be a coloured print. It is only easy for identification and easy security check why a coloured print is advised. You do not want last minutes hassles during security check. So try to take a coloured print out of the admit card and make sure you keep 3-4 copies aside for future reference.You still have time until the September 13th.

Yes it's completely fine even if you take black and white print out of the admit card. As the Neet admit card 2020 PDF has the three pages first page is the Neet exam centre details and the self declaration or undertaking form regarding covid-19.
Then the second page is important Neet exam instructions for the candidate
While the third page consists of the advisory for candidates regarding covid-19
