Dear Sujeet,
Gap of one or two year is not a issue for NEET but you have satisfy the eligibility requirement for NEET. According to CBSE, you must have a 50% marks in Physics Chemistry Biology and age should be less than 25 to appear for the NEET

Yes dear you are eligible.
Make sure you have at least 50% marks in PCB Class 12th
And you meet minimum and maximum age requirement for the exam.

Yes. You are eligible for giving neet ug only if you have minimum qualifying percentage in class 12th according to the official notification of neet ug.

Yes of course. Gap is not an issue. Only thing you need to remember is that your total percentage in PCB should be at least 50%(general category) or 40%(SC/ST/OBC).

Yes definitely you can apply for exam.
Its immaterial that you have taken a gap or not, you can give exam.

Gap between 11 and 12 has no issue with elligiblity criteria of Neet ug.
